Wurttemberg 120th Infantry Regiment (Kaiser Wilhelms Regiment -2nd Wurttemberg Inf. Regt.) - Officer helmet to Parade-Model 1897. Black lacquered leather helmet body with gilded brass trim. The helmet body has good form and firm stitching. Exterior lacquer is dull with age with only a minor spot of lacquer loss. No extra holes in the helmet body. The interior of the helmet has officer sweat leather and silk headliner that is in "worn" condition but a bit dirty and has some small tears (see photo).

The inner visors of helmet are red and green as is common for officers. The front plate is the Wurttemberg crest that is held to helmet with split brads. The front plate is 100% original with a nice finish. Officer style crossed spike and base held to helmet body with star split brad retainers. The spike top is replaced by a smooth trim trichter on which is mounted with a black Yak hair parade plume. Flat officer chinscales on rosettes. Reichs and Wurttemberg officer cockades. This helmet is 100% original and untouched. Bargain priced.
