Prussian Dragoon Officer Pickelhaube to Parade

Prussian Dragoon Officer model 1871/97 for Line Dragoon Regiments. Fine heavy leather construction with gild frosted brass trim. Leather helmet body in excellent condition with perfect lacquer finish and firm stitching. Interior has the sweat leather band and silk lining with minor wear stains. Interior visors are colored red and green as is proper for Officers model helmet.

No extra holes in helmet body. The frontplate is the standard gilded Prussian Dragoon style Eagle with about 100% of its original fire gilt frosting. Fine brass crossed spike base  fiited with a gilt trichter and black plume for parade duty. Heavy rounded chinscales on rosettes. Both Prussian and Reichs Officer cockade. Beautiful fine quality Dragoon Officer Pickelhaube that is near mint condition.
