Prussian Infantry Landwehr "Private Purchase" - Officers Pickelhaube

Prussian Infantry NCO/Officer for Landwehr Regiments Model 1897. Fine black lacquered helmet body with beautiful fire gilded trim. Helmet body has good form and firm stitching. Exterior lacquer is in near MINT condition - lacquer has the talky look of unworn helmets that were kept in good storage. Frontplate is the Prussian Line Regiments eagle without banner and with a Prussian Landwehr cross in Silver on the eagles breast. No extra or Enlarged Holes in the helmet body.

NCO style spike and base with domed screw retainers. Interior sweat leather with silk headliner are in mint close to unworn condition. Bpth visor in thin beige leather inside. Flat fire gilt M1891 type chinscales on posts. NCO style 2- piece Reich and Prussian cockades. Nice Landwehr Officer helmet in near mint condition.
